该职位来源于猎聘 关于职位 | About the Role 客户供应代表是公司与客户之间的主要衔接人,旨在确保卓越的供应保障水平,从而提升客户忠诚度与销售潜力。该职位负责处理和协调客户在订单处理、需求预测、物流运输、账单问题及投诉等方面的问询。客户供应代表将专注于服务一个或多个特定的客户组合,并致力于建立稳固的客户关系。 The Customer Supply Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between company and its customers, ensuring outstanding supply assurance to enhance customer loyalty and sales potential. This role is responsible for handling and coordinating all customer inquiries related to order management, demand forecasting, shipping, billing, and complaints. The CSR is dedicated to managing a specific portfolio of one or more customers and is accountable for developing and nurturing strong customer relationships. 核心职责 | What You Will Do 1. 客户关系与订单管理 | Customer Relationship & Order Management

• 1.1 始终与客户的关键联系人、客户经理团队、业务部门及支持团队保持专业、积极的合作关系。  Develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with key customer contacts, account teams, business units, and internal support teams at all times.
• 1.2 在SAP系统中处理客户订单,确保遵循所有条款、条件、允许发货日期和订单变更窗口等合规与控制要求。  Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring full compliance with all controls including terms & conditions, allowed ship dates, and order change windows.
• 1.3 就订单状态、供应情况、潜在问题及投诉,为客户提供及时、早期且准确的信息。  Provide customers with prompt, early, and accurate information regarding order status, supply updates, issues, and complaints.
• 1.4 当订单覆盖情况与前置时间、预测或合同数据存在差距时,主动与客户沟通以增加订单确认。  Proactively engage customers to increase order confirmation coverage when gaps exist against lead times, forecasts, or contractual data.
• 1.5 通过澄清客户问题,解决客户投诉、退货及发票查询等需求。  Resolve customer complaints, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and invoice inquiries by clarifying the root cause of the issue. 2. 交付绩效与供应链协同 | Delivery Performance & Supply Chain Collaboration
• 2.1 理解客户需求与供应能力,并协调各方活动以满足客户需求,涵盖常规生产、新产品及生命周期末期产品。  Understand customer demand and internal supply capabilities, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet customer requirements, including regular production, new product introductions (NPI), and end-of-life (EOL) management.
• 2.2 制定并实施最佳策略以满足客户需求,例如协同预测、寄售库存及准时制(JIT)项目等策略与流程。  Develop and implement optimal strategies to meet customer demand, including processes such as collaborative forecasting, consignment stock programs, and Just-in-Time (JIT) initiatives.
• 2.3 推动定期的客户物流评审会议,定期更新服务情况。准备相关材料以促进关于交付绩效、订单覆盖、前置时间评审及预测的讨论。  Drive regular customer logistics review meetings and provide periodic service performance updates. Prepare relevant materials to facilitate discussions on delivery performance, order coverage, lead time reviews, and demand forecasts. 3. 销售支持与持续改进 | Sales Support & Continuous Improvement
• 3.1 执行任务以支持策略性销售计划,例如提前处理不匹配的交货承诺,并推广产品现货供应。  Execute tasks to support tactical sales initiatives, such as pulling forward mismatched delivery commitments and promoting product availability.
• 3.2 分析来自物流数据、净推荐值(NPS)、客户关键绩效指标(KPI)及其他客户反馈的服务绩效。定义并实施持续改进措施。  Analyze service performance based on logistics data, Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer KPIs, and other feedback. Define and implement continuous improvement actions. 任职要求 | What You Will Need 1. 学历背景 | Education
• 商业相关专业大学本科或同等学历。 o Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent. 2. 经验要求 | Experience
• 欢迎应届毕业生或初级从业者申请;需具备物流、工业/电气/工程、国际商务管理或类似背景的知识或资质。 o Open to starters or fresh graduates with educational backgrounds or qualifications in logistics, industrial/electrical/engineering, international business management, or similar fields. 3. 专业技能 | Hard Skills
• 熟练掌握Excel及数据分析技能。 o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• 了解供应链流程。 o Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• 具备SAP或其他ERP系统操作经验。 o Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems. 4. 软技能与语言 | Soft Skills & Language
