About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Junior Recruitment Consultant
to join our Shanghai team, supporting our Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector. This role is ideal for someone starting or building their recruitment career, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    360° recruitment
    processes for contracting and permanent positions.
  • Source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and commercial functions.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment system.
  • Support business development activities by helping research clients and market trends.
  • Meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Experience in Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector is a plus.
  • Strong
    communication skills
    in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ambition to grow within the recruitment industry.
  • Self Motivated and driven Individual.
