该职位来源于猎聘 -- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager/Specialist to manage the entire employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all HR programs and procedures. You will serve as a strategic partner to management on HR-related issues and as a trusted point of contact for all employees. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration:

  • Manage and maintain all employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and serve as the primary contact for benefit providers and employee inquiries. Payroll & Compensation:
  • Take full ownership of the monthly payroll process, including the calculation and preparation of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in coordination with finance/accounting.
  • Manage time and attendance tracking, leave administration (sick, vacation, PTO), and related payroll inputs.
  • Conduct periodic market analysis to ensure our compensation structure remains competitive. Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance, mediation, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns fairly and consistently.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Participate to the reference check process
  • Create a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating orientation sessions, completing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a successful integration into the company. Performance & Termination Management:
  • Administer the company's performance review process, providing training and tools to managers to ensure effective and constructive feedback.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the employee off boarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final pay, and coordinating the return of company property. Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and support internal and external audit requests. Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a mid-sized company.
  • Payroll Expertise: Proven, hands-on
