Part of your responsibilities will be closely related to store operations including:
你的部分工作职责将紧密围绕着店铺运营/楼层管理展开,包括:
1) Product management 产品管理
2) Image management 形象管理
3) Customer service 客户服务
4) Sales management 销售管理
You will also be responsible for handling and managing all HR topics related to the staff in the store supported by HR Operations and HR Department in head office, including:

1) Recruitment: interview, welcoming, in-out paperwork

2) Training: planning, evaluation, update records

3) Attendance control: sickness, lateness, hours reports

4) Employee relationship

任职要求
大学本科或以上学历;
会讲普通话和英语口语;
主动发现和解决问题,积极把握机会;
较强的沟通(口头和书面)和人际交往能力;
有快节奏零售环境工作经验者优先考虑
