• To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided 运用销售策略信息,产品知识以及内部提供的工具来提升销售
• To have clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office depts., Product Managers, Regional Manager and/or HRBP and Commercial team and with the store overall with the relevant follow-ups 与公司各个部门:产品经理、人力资源业务伙伴、区域团队保持及时和有效的沟通,并负责在门店跟进相关事宜
• To manage conflict effectively respecting Company standards 根据公司标准管理顾客投诉和冲突
• To give and receive constructive and honest feedback and criticism for/from people they work with in a positive manner and to use it for their own development and their team 提供与聆听门店其他同事的反馈及建议,并能采纳这些反馈用于团队发展
• To develop the team through performance reviews and Personal development plans with the relevant follow-ups 通过绩效评估的方式来发展团队,并为团队成员制定相关提升计划
