Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Location Xiamen, China

YOUR TASKS
1.Developing product assembly process and test method strictly in line with product engineering specification;
2.Making the routing of assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour;
3.Working with internal and external supplier on new assembly, test equipment and fixture and installation programing;
4.Working on the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimization to meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity;
5.Analyzing main faults and reasons for process, product, CLR(customer line return),WR(warranty);
6.Guaranteeing the function of operating equipment including documentation, drafting and updating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI;
7.Training, instructing and supporting production department employees in matters of production and process engineering.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least 5 year's experience on Manufacturing Engineering;
3.Good English skill.
