Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, your mission is to [lead the setup, monitoring, and continuous improvement of manufacturing, assembly, and test processes; optimize workflows and verify standard times to boost efficiency; and oversee manufacturing operations while supporting the line manager in production management]. You will report to [Plant Manager Bozhong].

The individual's accountabilities will include, though not be limited to, some or all of the

  • Guide B/S LRP,Roots and System assembly work at site.
  • Set up OMS, Carry out training to operators. 
  • Lead Welding Quality System setting up.
  • Work close with production team to estimate the production capability and collect/record working hours.
  • Set up tools/facilities which are related to production.
  • SAP maitenance which are related to production.
  • Participate in workshop managment in terms of site in LEAN way.
  • Support new product line transfer.
  • Support analyse the products defect and raise improvement solution.
  • Manage workshop in terms of EHS and take correction plan.
  • Other works assigned by line manager.describe main responsibility

You have a degree in Engineering, preferably welding or mechanical.

You have at least 5 years' experience at similar rule in Mechanical production plant; or at least 3 years' experince in welding engineering position.X - X years of experience, working as a XY

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably welding or mechanical.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Knowledge in SAP.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the management and employees at all levels.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with people.
  • Work independently and actively.

On-Site
