Base in Beijing
Your role:
- Report to the Government and Public Affairs' China head, responsible for key internal and external stakeholder engagement, designing and implementing advocacy initiatives, policy research projects.
- Lead the relationship building and engagement with key central government departments e.g. NHC, NMPA, MOFCOM, MIIT, NDRC, MOST etc. for strategic business priorities areas e.g. oncology, rare diseases, maternal healthcare and NCDs etc.
- Work closely with internal global and China functional/business teams on progress sharing, problem solving, risk mitigation and issue management.
- Track and analyses relevant policies released by central government that are of relevance to business operations, establish/maintain a policy database, conduct regular policy interpretation for senior management.
- Build and manage high-level advocacy platforms to secure key dialogue with key stakeholders for the global and China leadership to promote Company's profile.
- Represent in the industrial associations and external events.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine/life sciences/health economics/public health/sociology or related majors
- 1015+ years or more of relevant work experience in government affairs/market access/consulting companies
- High resilience and capacity in handling complex and high-pressure situations with can-do spirit and result oriented thinking
- Excellent Chinese and English writing and speaking skills with proactive and efficient communication manner
- Quick leaner and excellent in logic thinking, strong self-motivation to accomplish high standard achievement
- Business and customer focused and team player
- Experience in relevant government agencies is a plus
