I. Job Positioning

This position is affiliated with the Chairman's Office of Shenzhou Group. As the core expert in the group's compensation and benefits field, it takes the lead in the strategic planning, establishment, optimization and implementation of the compensation and benefits system, coordinates the compensation and benefits management of the group and various business segments, supports the group's talent attraction, motivation and retention, and contributes to the achievement of organizational strategic goals.

II. Core Job Responsibilities

  1. Compensation System Construction
    : Lead the group's compensation strategic planning, establish and continuously optimize the group-level compensation system (including job value evaluation, broadband salary design, performance-compensation linkage mechanism, medium and long-term incentive plans, etc.), and ensure internal fairness, external competitiveness and cost controllability of compensation.
  2. Welfare System Optimization
    : Coordinate the establishment and iteration of the group's welfare system, covering statutory welfare, supplementary medical care, enterprise annuity, employee care and other modules. Design differentiated welfare schemes based on industry trends and employee needs to improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.
  3. Group-Level Project Promotion
    : Take the lead in major group-level projects related to compensation and benefits (such as COE system establishment, compensation reform, welfare digital upgrading, etc.), formulate project plans, coordinate cross-departmental resources, promote project implementation and evaluate implementation effects.
  4. Policy Compliance and Risk Management
    : Track the national and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and industry policy trends to ensure the full-process compliance of the group's compensation and benefits management; establish a compensation and benefits risk early warning mechanism to timely identify and solve potential risks.
  5. Data Management and Analysis
    : Be responsible for the overall management of the group's compensation and benefits data, establish data statistics and analysis models, regularly issue compensation and benefits analysis reports to provide data support for management decisions; guide the compensation and benefits data management of various business segments.
  6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Empowerment
    : Serve as an expert in the field of compensation and benefits, provide professional support and empowerment training for various business segments; collaborate with other HR modules (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.) and business departments to promote the effective implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
  7. Industry Benchmarking and Innovation
    : Continuously research industry compensation and benefits trends and benchmarking enterprise practices, and introduce innovative incentive and welfare models based on the group's development stage to maintain the group's compensation and benefits competitiveness.

III. Job Requirements

1. Hard Requirements

  1. Educational Background
    : Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics and other related majors.
  2. Work Experience
    : 8 years or more of work experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 3 years of group-level Compensation & Benefits COE experience. Possess experience in establishing compensation and benefits systems for large-scale groups (annual revenue of more than 5 billion RMB or employee scale of more than 5,000 people) and leading group-level reform projects.
  3. Professional Abilities
    : Proficient in the theory and practice of the entire compensation and benefits module, master core skills such as job value evaluation, compensation system design, and welfare scheme optimization; possess solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and be familiar with compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  4. Project Experience
    : Led at least 2 major group-level compensation and benefits projects (such as compensation system reconstruction, medium and long-term incentive plan implementation, welfare digital transformation, etc.), and can independently complete the whole-process project management.
