Responsibilities

  • Work with the customers throughout the whole process of parts delivery, inspection and installation on aircraft, until aircraft delivery to end user.
  • Support the on-aircraft tests after installation (on ground) under the guidance of FAL engineers.
  • Follow FAL list and verify respect of closure dates for open items
  • On-wing cosmetic reworks, in support of an airframers' authorised mechanic or under the constant supervision of an airframers' authorised mechanic.
  • Assistance to partners' FAL team for the above (a partner being a supplier of Liebherr to whom Liebherr has flown down an essential part of the contract provisions that Liebherr has in its own contract with the airframer)
  • On-wing cosmetic reworks, only with issuance of a TA (Technical Accomplishment) and in support of an airframers' authorised mechanic or under the constant supervision of an airframers' authorised mechanic, under the guidance of qualified staff
  • Off-wing minor reworks, in accordance with a TA, under the guidance of qualified staff
  • Unit/ Subsystem rigging, under the guidance of qualified staff
  • Assistance to partners' FAL team for the above, subject to a Partner TA being issued and to an agreement with the OE, under the guidance of qualified staff.
  • Support the inspection of products manufactured by suppliers in their domestic facilities, under the guidance of qualified staff
  • Support to prepare quality and delivery documentation
  • Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor.

*Competencies*

  • College or above
  • Aeronautic engineering, Mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of the different fields involved in maintenance: mechanics, electrical, configuration management
  • Fluent Chinese; acceptable level of technical English;
  • Cross culture knowledge is a plus
