该职位来源于猎聘 Top 5 main responsibilities:Overall control and responsibility for the designated project(s); Management of planning, implementation and finalization of projects for biopharma and life science (large size EPC or EPCM projects)Ownership of cost, time and quality targets of the project and Key communication channel with the client and the project representative of the companyOverall responsibility for EHS and related topics, to ensure corporate EHS objectives, and EHS regulatory requirements are achieved.Internal and external project reporting Assembly and management Exyte's project team during the planning and execution phase Additional responsibilities:Physically tour site(s) to demonstrate senior management interest / presenceVisibly display safety leadership when on site.Satisfy & all regulatory requirements, (BCA & similar).Direct, be responsible & accountable for the project(s) performance in terms of key success criteriaEHSClient relationshipCommercial performanceProject / Client commercial performance (where different from the above)ScheduleQualityIdentify deficiencies in the above, and direct efforts to address such deficiencies.Participates in business development activities in securing incoming orders for the Company, including participating in the preparation of high quality tenders.To establish the Project tendering strategy, procedures and conditions, structuring of contract packages, manage the tender to awardOversees proper reporting of the project(s) to the company level.To establish, monitor, update and accurately forecast all Project plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirementsAssume responsibilities of PM / DM / CM, where necessary.Oversees project establishment phase to ensure project is established promptly and correctly. Defines and assigns responsibilities within the project team.Oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, contracts administration, commissioning, turnover & closeout (qualification where necessary) phases of the project(s).Adhere to the Contract and the Project Execution Plan (including centralized corporate systems)To ensure the quality of works are delivered is in accordance with the design and QA/QC Plan;Oversee Appointment, administration and payment of all subcontractors and suppliers;To identify, report and update the Contract changes and modifications to the relevant parties, in line with Company Policy and that all opportunities are taken to minimize costsTo ensure that all relevant notifications to the Client are delivered in the current form and within the necessary time frame;Provides leadership, guidance and supervision to Project Managers and other subordinates in the management of projects.To direct and manage the performance the subordinate staff employed in the Project;Responsible for performance of project staff generally, and direct reports specifically.Monitors the performance of subordinate staff employed in the Project; assessing the competencies required, identifies deficiencies and initiates to the personnel's HoD any training and development requirements.Ensure that resource planning is carried out and that resources are managed effectively, including mobilization and demobilization phases.Forms strategic business relationships with clients and other key relevant parties.Develops positive relationships with Owners and Clients Maintains professional relationships with Consultants, Local Authorities and subcontractors.Professional experience & education:Degree with background in engineering or related discipline> 15 years BioPharma and life science project management / construction / engineering experience; Completed project from start to finishwith 8 years in a project management leadership positionSignificantly sized projects of $100 millionPrevious project experience in relevant fields eg pharmaceutical construction projects, etcCommercial knowledge Specific skills & knowledge:Excellent project management skillsPMP certified (preferred)Strong commercial / financial skillsStrong business development skillsStrong ability in tendering/bidding processDevelops execution plansDrives execution and performanceExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent client relationship skillsHigh business acumen and manage business complexityStrong commercial awareness Competencies:Mastery in communicationSets directionMotivates, coaches and develops peopleHigh emotional intelligenceLeadership to influenceHigh business ethicsDynamic and possess entrepreneurial skills
