工作职责

• Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing. 监测标本的采集,信息识别,运送,储存和处理过程,以确保标本检测前的质量。

• Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.
根据操作规程准备试剂,标准品和质控。
Performs tests and sample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology & Blood Bank, microbiology (if ID&ATB of Microbiology included), immunology, Body fluid and/or PCR (if PCR included) analysis. 对生化、血液、血库、微生物(如果包括微生物鉴定和药敏实验)免疫、体液和或PCR的标本进行检测。

• Verifies test results prior to release. 审核报告前确认结果的准确性。

• Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and reports to the supervisor. 做质控以此确保仪器功能正常,试剂的稳定性和操作过程的准确性。能够识别仪器的故障和失控的实验结果,采取相应的措施并报告组长。

• Maintains test equipment and instruments, following established procedures 。遵循已 制定的程序维护保养仪器和设备。

• Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts complaints, and initiates corrective actions. 回答医生和护士关于检验的问题。接受投诉并采取相应的措施。

• Trains new employees the laboratory techniques. 培训新员工实验室的操作技术。

• Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory. 在实验室内部开展有关实验技术或相关疾病的讲座。

• Participates in education class and continuing education programs. Attends workshops, seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the chair. 参加培训课程和继续教育项目。出席主任分派的学习班,研讨班,演讲会以此紧跟当前的新仪器,技术和程序。

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 履行分配的各种与工作相关的职责。

• Work and monitor service quality of satellite laboratories in case be arranged to work there based the request from director. 根据主任的要求,一旦被安排在诊所工作,就负责和监督诊所的实验室。

任职要求

• Related bachelor's degree or others with certification as a laboratory technologist.
相关专业学士学位,或者其他有检验技师资格证的人员。

• Intermediate English level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
中等级的英语听书读写能力。

• PCR license should be provided if doing PCR tests
如果进行PCR检测,必须拥有PCR上岗证。

• Perform full range of laboratory and blood bank procedures.能够进行全面的实验室和血库相关检测。

• Participates in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory.
参与实验室新技术和程序的评估。

• Evaluates and solves problems related to collection and processing of biological specimens for analysis.解决标本采集和处理过程的相关问题。

• Differentiates and resolves technical, instrument, physiologic causes of problems or unexpected test results. 能够区分和处理由技术、仪器和生理等因素对检验结果的影响。

• An understanding of the underlying scientific principles of laboratory testing as well as the technical, procedural, and problem-solving aspects. 熟悉实验室检测的基本原理,还有检测技术、检测程序和检测中如何解决遇到的问题。

• A general comprehension of the many factors that affect health and disease, and recognizes the importance of proper test selection, the numerous causes of discrepant test results (patient and laboratory), deviation of test results, and ethics including result confidentiality. 全面理解影响健康和疾病的多种因素。认识合理选择实验的重要性,知道引起结果差异的多种原因(病人和实验室),明白结果偏差的原因和结果的私密性。

• Correlates abnormal data with pathologic states, determines validity of test results, and need for additional tests. 掌握在病理状态下相关的异常数据,判断结果的有效性,知道需要额外做的试验。

• Understands and enforces safety regulations. 理解并遵守安全规则。
