工作职责
作为资深工程师:根据工作操作流程进行厂务设施的每日巡检,根据部门安排协助部门主管进行小型维修和工单处理,确保厂区辅助区域和设备按工作流程完成保养和维修,把设施故障率降到最低 1、公共辅助设施的每日巡检,解决故障并汇报设备隐患 2、建筑物相关各类设施的现场检查和故障分析 3、公司各类机动车辆的一般保养,管理第三方的深度保养和维修工作 4、确保所有土建和机修类工作按标准完成并无严重安全事故
任职资格
行业经验:6年以上晶圆厂/面板厂 建厂及运维工作经验 项目经验:大型项目运行维护经验≥3年 教育背景:专科及以上学历 专业背景:理工科专业 工具技能:FEMA及基础质量工具(8D/5WHY/SPC/ problem solving methodology/ Advanced SPC Introduction等)
