  • Stay aligned with company/departmental strategy, plan, goal all the time.

  • Schedule service engineers for installation, startup, troubleshooting, training evaluation etc. in an efficient way to meet business needs.

  • Support other area, subsidiaries, whenever necessary.

给其它区域、集团分公司提供支持。

  • Be an expert and lead to resolve complex issues and find proper resources to support team members.

  • Support and coordinate resources for new project to deliver good quality.

新项目的安装及外包安装支持,保证安装的质量。

  • Take corrective action to improve customer satisfaction received from NPS or other channels' feedback.

区域内客户(不仅限于NPS)客户满意度跟踪及改善。

  • Monitor the activities of assigned personnel, ensure quality service is provided to customers, and take corrective action to resolve problems when necessary.

跟踪服务工程师的派工,保证给客户提供优质服务。必要时,采取改善行动来解决问题。

  • Provide feedback of product quality performance and service quality performance to management.

给管理层提供产品质量和服务质量的反馈。

  • Make and execute service engineer team development plan.

制定和执行服务工程师团队发展计划。

  • Involved in KPI setup and performance evaluation of team members.

参与制定团队成员的KPI和业绩评估。

  • Manpower utilization management to have a good balance between engineers and areas.

人员利用率管理,保证工程师之间、区域之间的工作负荷平衡。

  • Overall cost control (overtime, travel, reimbursement etc.)

成本控制(加班、车旅花销、报销的管理)

  • Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior manager.

完成上级经理分配的其他任务。 Requirements任职要求

  • 5 years or above service/repair experience in machinery, and preferred in logistic equipment area. 2 years above management. Multinational company experience will be a plus.

5年以上机器服务、维修相关经验,物流设备行业优先。2年以上跨国公司管理经验更佳。

  • High accountability to face customers.

  • Good experience of PLC, drives knowledge, and capable of resolving electrical problems;
