  • Lead and maintain the MCL Regional BD operating model by establishing the necessary cadence within the MCL Regional BD team.
  • Manage and set up the cadence/meetings for continued growth acceleration, including the KC/RW program, and onboarding material for new hires within Regional BD team.
  • Support the establishment of a performance management structure and reporting for the MCL Regional BD team.
  • Develop and foster a Regional BD community to drive best practice and case study sharing.
  • Ensure compliance and standardization in tender management, RFI, RFP, & RFQ processes.
  • Centralize MCL pipeline management and analysis at regional level, including SFDC hygiene, to ensure pipeline quality.
  • Promote the adoption of systems & tools including SFDC, LOOPIO, and Alex by the MCL Regional BD team.
  • Serve as the anchor and owner of the MCL sales process, aligning with the wider commercial organization, i.e., LTA, OTC.
  • Collaborate with the Global BD and excellence teams to develop GTM plans
  • Cascade and communicate to the Maersk Area sales organization to drive high adoption of the GTM plan.
  • Perform white space/site utilization analysis and provide recommendations on focus areas in collaboration with Regional and Area BD team
  • Coordinate and support regional Business development head for Product training, business workshop as required
