Becton Dickinson (BD) recently completed the acquisition of the Edwards Critical Care business. This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future. Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach. Manage the Channel Operations effectiveness of China. In charge of distributor front-to-end process included new distributor on board, renewal, termination, authorization change, cycle count, performance evaluation, training etc. Determine the best data warehouse structure and analytical models and approaches to present those information to business and functional team.

CRM management

  • Oversee the daily operation of the CRM system, and collaborate with the digital marketing team to design, develop, and optimize system functions.

  • Provide end-to-end CRM support to sales teams and develop data reports to back data-driven business decisions.

  • Track sales behavior and customer dynamics, monitor the progress of follow-ups, and remind sales to complete key follow-up actions to facilitate customer relationship maintenance and business conversion.

Sales operation

  • Conduct data maintenance and management, generate regular reports and provide related data support for sales and marketing teams.

  • Assist in optimizing sales operation processes to improve business efficiency.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in CRM, sales operation or SFE, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or FMCG MNC company

  • Experience in CRM system management, such as or similar systems

  • Strong project management and data analytics skills, complemented by strategic thinking and effective stakeholder communication abilities

  • Proficient in Excel and skilled in PowerBI

  • Basic fluent in business English (reading and writing)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
