Purpose

• As HR Site Partner, you are the focal point for a site population, partnering with and advising Managers and Employees on HR related matters, ensuring the HR related matters on site are handled in a smooth and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• You are supporting the implementation of HR related processes policies and systems, in close collaboration with the HR network, providing a good understanding of the site environment and the project stakeholders' needs.
• You act as an advisor for managers and employee to ensure things are running smooth and efficient on all HR related matters at the site.
• You are responsible for guarantying high data quality for your remit.
• You contribute to internal transformation initiatives, ensuring changes' adoption across your remit.
• You are the HR person at site to ensure all HR legal and regulatory requirements are applied.
• You are responsible for the workforce plan execution and monitoring related to projects.
• You work on project employee competency identification and performance assessment.

Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist HR positions, some experience working as HR onsite in a yard environment is a strong plus, enabling your understanding of applying HR policies / procedures in the site context and environment.
