该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact and communicate with customers based on different service types, coordinate internally with sales and service teams.
  • Respond to assigned customer key accounts' RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes for both of sales and service.
  • Create Quotation, Sales/Service order in SAP. Follow up the procurement, logistics, import, inbound and delivery of goods until payment clear, invoice issuing, etc.
  • Support Sales team on chasing customer payment, make shipping documents especially for foreign currency order.
  • Support Service team on warranty ISSUE/CASE applying, tracking, return manage.
  • Back up warehouse inbound/outbound process and Lab machine movement.
  • Other tasks assigned by leader. Job requirements
  • At least Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years CSR or Order Fulfillment experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP MM and SD module, SAP operation experience is preferred.
  • Customer oriented, team ability and strong communication.
  • Ability to perform work effectively and efficiently.
  • Good in English, written and spoken.
