岗位职责:

渠道拓展与客户关系管理:

根据公司年度销售目标,编制医院商业渠道整体规划和政策,制定商业客户筛选、评估等考核标准

开拓新的销售渠道和渠道商,建立长期合作关系。同时,维护与现有客户的良好关系,通过及时有效的沟通提供客户支持服务,确保客户满意度。

销售目标与渠道管理:

制定并执行医院渠道销售计划,科学设定、分解和下达年度经营目标与销售任务。与CSO合作达成销售目标。

渠道管理,跟进货款回收情况,处理售后问题,确保公司年度销售任务的完成和资金流的健康。

团队管理与协调:

管理商务和招标团队,以及医院渠道销售团队,指导下属完成销售业绩目标。负责部门岗位设置、人员配置、团队建设和考核,实施全面的部门日常管理。协调内部资源,保证客户服务满意度,与其他部门有效沟通协作。

合同与商务事务:

参与合同谈判及签订,跟进货款回收,处理售后问题。配合公司完成相关会议及活动,协助开展产品的两级医保、目录选定等政务事务工作。

战略支持与业务优化:

调研医药政策及行业动态,为公司业务拓展提供战略及立项决策支持。优化内部业务流程,核定标准化文件,制定报价策略。建立新业务拓展渠道,寻访目标客户,积极引进新客户。

任职资格:

  • 本科,药学相关专业背景优先

  • 8年医商医药行业商务工作经验,3年以上团队管理经验。跨国药企经验优先

  • 精通客户挖掘,商务谈判,市场分析,渠道运维,具备英语流利能力者优先

  • 熟悉医药临床市场,医药相关法律法规,具备优秀的市场分析与判断、战略决策能力

  • 高目标导向,成果思维。

  • 诚信正直,事业心强,具有挑战者思维,勇于承责
