About Fuel Cell And Stationary Catalysts

What You Will Be Doing
Assist Sales on business tracking, maintain good relationship with customers.
Work closely with Sales for customer forecast analysis, PGM purchase arrangement, on time billing and AR collection.
Deal with daily requests from customers such as promptly process, process the purchasing orders, follow up orders delivery, orders billing, PGM settlement, payment tracking, process sample requests, answer customer inquiries, and solve any issue brought by the customer.
Work actively with plant side for production plan review and reasonable stock level management. Supporting catalyst import/export work among China plant, Korea plant and Germany plant.
Participate in the optimization of the established procedures and SAP processes.
Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor Degree or above major in Business Administration, Management, or other related discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 5 Years Working Experience In Customer Service Area.
Be fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
Good application of Microsoft Office software, experience with SAP system.
Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
Team working cooperation.
Open and communicative personality.
