工作职责
● Design business research and analytics frameworks in the business context
● Perform an assessment on all visualization and reporting requirements, create BI dashboards, and develop long term strategy for various dashboard & reporting solutions. ● Identify the right data sources and extract the right data for analysis ● Apply analytics tools and generate insights to drive key business decisions ● Understand business needs from business functional teams. Turn data into insights with actionable execution plans and infl uence key stakeholders to implement the solutions
● Proactively analyze data to understand customer behaviors & preferences, omnicommerce effectiveness, sports performance, diagnose customer experience problems, identify opportunities & measure the impact of business initiatives ● Participate in Data validation and Quality Assurance testing. Assess the available current data sources and defi ne systematic data collection, storage, and analysis concepts with support from the company-wide data expert network

任职要求
● 2+ years of experience in data analytics and BI for junior analyst, 5+ years of experience of managing analytics&BI projects, with successful project ● Highly profi cient in data analytics tools, ability to use database language (SQL is a must) to extract data ● Highly profi cient in data visualization (Tableau) is a must. Experience in advanced BI tools such as agile BI/Chat BI is a plus ● Profi ciency in programming languages (Python) is a plus ● Knowledge in data governance, data processing, predictive modeling and insights generation ● Possess project management capabilities, be able to communicate well with key project partners and upstream and downstream parties, proactively advance project progress and control delivery results. ● ● Knowledge and working experience on retail, marketing, CRM, category management and supply chain is preferred ● Strong logical thinking capability and business sense, capable of collecting key insights and delivering the key messages ● Excellent ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business plans ● Strong oral and written communication skills, fl uent in English
