Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the elicitation, structuring, and analysis of business requirements for IT projects and products. Conduct client research, develop requirement investigation outlines and reports, produce high-quality requirement documentation, design product prototypes, and ensure client confirmation of business requirements against set objectives.
  2. Support pre-sales activities and project delivery implementation. Comprehensively manage projects from client needs, project scope, and business perspectives to define boundaries and develop business solutions that meet both client expectations and project constraints.
  3. Collaborate with project teams (development, design, testing, etc.) to ensure that requirement analysis and system design align with project goals and client expectations.
  4. Participate in software development planning, track the progress of requirement implementation, coordinate/drive the team to complete development and launch of project and product features, and manage requirement changes.
  5. Drive continuous optimization of products and business requirements, conduct industry research, and perform competitor analysis.
  6. Facilitate project communication and coordination to resolve any issues encountered during the requirement analysis process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as a BA in IT software development. An IT technical background is preferred.
  2. Familiar with software development project processes, possessing solid understanding and extensive experience in software system development, business process design, and related technologies.
  3. Excellent comprehension and structured communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business-friendly language.
  4. Strong capabilities in requirement analysis and product design, proficient in using various tools and methods for requirement analysis, process analysis, and prototype design to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Strong logical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of independently engaging with clients to finalize requirement confirmation, solve problems, and drive project execution.
  6. Willingness to accept occasional domestic and international business trips of up to 6 months, including travel to the Middle East and Africa.
  7. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to effectively communicate requirements with overseas clients.
  8. Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills, with cross-system and cross-departmental collaboration experience to monitor project progress and identify risks.
  9. Demonstrates ownership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to independently complete assigned tasks.
  10. Male candidates required.
  11. Possesses specific French language communication skills.
