To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to join our team.

Your Role

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AWS/AZURE/AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.

Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.

Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Mulit Cloud Environment.

Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Work with vendor's Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.

Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO in the cloud environment.

Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.

Stay up to date with new features and services from multi Cloud environment and recommend improvements.

To Succeed in this Role

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.

Strong knowledge of AWS/AZURE/Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.

Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.

Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.

Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).

Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms.

Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a huge plus.
