Your Role

Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities, focusing on electrical systemsConduct fault investigations, oversee the tendering process, perform feasibility studies, prepare specifications and reports, monitor site work progress, develop maintenance plans, and liaise with end usersSupervise contractors and in-house technicians to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPIAttend emergency call out service if necessary

To Succeed in the Role

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services or related disciplinesMinimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of generators, UPS systems, switchboards, and electrical systems in property and facilities managementAble to manage E&M system repairing and maintenance works/ addition & alteration works independently Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skill Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing
