More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an I2M Project Support Officer in Shanghai with Signify.

  • Support execution and implementation of offer development projects in the business
  • Support in the preparation of comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
  • Support I2M offer development projects in meeting their agreed business targets (conform business case).
  • Support in managing stakeholders (business leaders, product managers, …) towards successful delivery of projects
  • Support the community of practice of I2M Project Managers
  • Track all projects running KPIs. Maintain projects status in system.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field essential for understanding project execution and offer development.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience supporting project management activities, preferably in offer development or R&D environments, to ensure effective project planning and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong planning, organizing and execution skills
  • Analytical & conceptual skills
