该职位来源于猎聘 Reporting to the Category Manager, you will lead and deliver technology projects that will be an instrumental part of WIK's success, influencing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across the global organization and our customers. Upholding the three pillars of a project i.e. TIMEPLAN, COST And DESIGN (QUALITY/TECHNOLOGY, the role requires good commercial and technical understanding, to steer and communicate project status, risk and technical progress to senior management; whilst interacting with key stakeholders in the engineering, operations, quality teams as well as our customers and key suppliers. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set project direction together with the Category Manager and define the project team setup in conjunction with the engineering/technical leads to achieve the project scope and goals;
  • Ownership of the project plans activities and deliverables, ensuring their delivery through prioritization and escalation of unresolved conflicts;
  • Ensuring the Project KPIs (centered around costs, timeline and quality) are reported in time and reflect accurately the state of the project;
  • Responsible for defining the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner;
  • Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input; resolve conflicts and lead solutions implementations;
  • Lead communication with all stakeholders acting as a first point of contact;
  • In parallel of NPI projects, lead RFQs activities. REQUIRED:
  • More than 5 years experience, master's degree;
  • Open attitude towards new challenges;
  • Team oriented, independent, active and reliable working methods;
  • Technical background is highly recommended;
  • English communication at a high level;
  • Good knowhow of Microsoft office and an organized way to maintain share point folders;
  • Project Management experience.
