Job Overview
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality of both in-process and outsourced products in compliance with internal standards and procedures. This role will perform routine inspections, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements. The Quality Inspector works closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and implement quality management system and its related requirements.
• Strictly inspect in-process products and outsourced products for each shift in accordance with relevant company regulations and properly record the results.
• If any quality issues are found, immediately notify the Production Department and the IQPC Supervisor verbally, properly label and isolate the defective products, and participate in resolving the issue.
• Record and compile non-conformance data in real time and report it to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Be responsible for any missed or incorrect inspections.
• In accordance with the company's quality system requirements, be responsible for the safekeeping of relevant documents and tools, as well as the organization and archiving of quality records.
• Perform "5S" duties well, maintaining a clean and orderly inspection work environment.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned

Key Skills & Competencies

• Quality Inspection Knowledge: Ability to perform detailed inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Use of Quality Tools: Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in recording and reporting inspection results.
• Communication: Clear and timely communication of quality issues to relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical school graduate or higher
• Experience: At least 2 years solid experience in mechanical manufacturing industry, with quality inspection experience
• Languages: Mandarin required; English reading ability preferred

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Work Environment: Shop floor-based; exposure to typical manufacturing conditions.
• Experience: Requires ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lifting Requirements: May require lifting of items.
