岗位目标: 使用精密的测量工具检验各种生产或者采购零件 。

岗位职责: 

1、在零件被放行到下一个工序前或者生产/装配线前检查工作生产或者采购零件,扳金件和子装配件的质量。 

2、遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查原材料达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求. 

3、设定和操作量检具检查设备补偿,校对目标值,基准线和加工零件设备定位装置等。

4、完成主管指定的其它任务

背景/经验: 

1、为人正直,良好的人际沟通能力,强烈的责任心和团队精神

2、技术学校或者更高学历. 机械专业或电气专业。

3、擅长机械图纸,了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法。

4、擅长操作普通量检具,如卡钳,千分尺,高度仪,空气量仪等。

5、对CMM/PMM有一定知识.

6、熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949,能使用基本的质量控制方法,如SPC等。

7、具备简单的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件

8、至少3年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验。

9、本岗位要求良好的质量意识和高度的责任心。

JOB PURPOSE: Inspects a wide variety of purchased or manufactured parts with precision tools

JOB DUTIES: 

1、Inspects a wide variety of purchased or manufactured parts, fabrications and sub-assemblies prior to release to Parts Department, assembly lines or processing locations. 

2、Follows standard procedure or detailed instructions to check quality of material to "Caterpillar" specifications and standards of quality. 

3、Also, sets up and operates layout fixtures to check and equalize machining stock, align targets, scribe lines and machine locator pads on production material.

4、Other tasks assigned by supervisor

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 

1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork

2、Technical school or above is required. Mechanical or Electrical major is preferential.

3、Be good at mechanical drawing, geometrical dimension tolerance and measurement approaches

4、Be good at normal gauge, for caliper, micrometers, height gauge, air gage and so on

5、Knowledge of Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM/PMM).

6、Be familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949, Can use basic quality control method, such as, SPC

7、Good computer operation skill, including MS office

8、At least 3 years working experiences in fields of inspection or quality control

9、A good sense of quality and high responsibility are required for this position.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
