To cope with our growth, we are now in search of a Graduate Trainee - Retail Operation & Management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide professional product consultation, recommendations, and live demonstrations
  • Master comprehensive product knowledge — including features, specifications, and pricing — and clearly communicate product advantages to customers
  • Achieve personal sales targets and support the team in reaching overall store goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues with professionalism to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Maintain Xiaomi's brand image and store standards by ensuring a clean, well-organized, and engaging retail environment
  • Actively participate in company training and activities to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to support daily store operations

Requirement:

  • Upcoming graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained between August 2025 and December 2026;
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and smartphones
  • Energetic, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future retail management professional
