1、搭建光伏组件精益生产管理系统、主导制定并组织实施精益生产推进计划;
2、跟踪精益生产推进计划的进度和效果,组织精益生产项目组高效运行,确保项目预期;
3、持续稳固精益生产推进成果并实现精益活动常态化推进。
4、完成各业务/生产流程标准化建立、为信息化、智能化推进提供支撑;
5、健全/完善精益生产管理体系,形成对应激励制度;
6、主导推进精益人才养成与认证工作,推进企业精益化培训实施、精益文化养成和精益氛围营造;
7、强调业绩贡献,以经营指标为起点,系统开展价值流管理体系,沉淀出符合滁州基地特色的改善方法;
8、完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历
2、具有一定项目经验,对新材料及新设备有一定了解;
3、受过IE管理实务,生产管理,现场管理,等方面的知识培训。
5、5年大型企业精益制造工作经验
