Job Descriptions

Follow up sample development, Act as the primary point of contact for all development-production related issues between design/ raw material/ technical/ sales.

Manage critical timelines, ensure all milestones are met, including fabric/trim due date, proto sample due date, costing due date etc.

Source and manage relationships with suppliers globally.

Drive cost negotiations to achieve target, conduct cost breakdown analysis.

Ensure all products comply with relevant legal regulation, sustainability requirement.

Follow up production closely to ensure on time delivery

Perform other duties assigned by Manager

Requirements

Rich experience in knit/ woven apparel for South America market.

Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

Expertise in costing analysis and negotiation.

Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Literate in Microsoft office programs

Occasional travel is required
