岗位概述 CLO虚拟时尚的研发部门致力于通过开发新功能和基于全球用户需求进行先期调研,打造更加以用户的为中心的品线。 作为软件产品经理,您将与全球跨职能团队紧密合作,共同制定产品战略与路线图,确保产品开发方向与公司业务目标高度一致。您需要深入了解项目进展,合理规划优先级,精准把控项目时间线,推动产品从概念到发布的全流程,保障产品成功上市。
岗位职责(Responsibilities)
  • 负责与中国现有及潜在客户紧密沟通,快速理解并分析其需求。
  • 为开发团队提供详细功能规格和文档,全面支持产品原型及最终开发阶段的工作。
  • 在产品研发、质量保障和产品发布等各个环节,与研发、3D设计及业务拓展团队等相关团队紧密合作,确保项目顺利推进,达成组织整体目标。
  • 承担用户故事编写、测试脚本设计、用例文档制作等任务,并参与新产品功能测试以及质量保证和用户验收测试(QA/UAT)工作,确保新产品顺利发布。
  • 从新功能的概念构想直至上线发布,进行全面的战略性思考与规划。深入评估新功能对既有功能模块、技术架构以及用户体验可能产生的影响。
任职要求(Requirements)
  • 至少6年项目或产品经理工作经验。
  • 具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力,熟练掌握技术写作技巧。
  • 扎实的产品开发流程知识,有时尚行业相关经验者优先。
  • 熟练使用 3D 软件,或具有 2D/3D CAD 软件的使用经验。
  • 熟练开展用户调研及用户研讨会,能提炼高层次用户需求。
  • 具备跨国团队协作的经验。
  • 英语或韩语流利。
