  • Participate in product design, development and optimization to ensure products meet market demands and quality standards; 参与产品设计、开发及优化,确保产品符合市场需求和质量标准;
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales teams to drive the entire process from concept to mass production; 与研发、市场及销售团队协作,推动产品从概念到量产的全过程;
  • Conduct product testing and analysis, propose improvement suggestions, and track the implementation effects; 进行产品测试与分析,提出改进建议并跟踪实施效果;
  • Prepare technical documentation to support product descriptions, user manuals, and related materials. 编写技术文档,支持产品说明、用户手册及相关资料的撰写等。 【Requirements任职要求】
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Powder Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields; 本科及以上学历,机械工程、粉末冶金或材料类等相关专业;
  • More than three years of experience in new product development, with some experience in automotive powder metallurgy component development; 三年以上新产品开发经验,有一定的汽车粉末冶金零部件开发经验;
  • Familiar with product development processes and powder metallurgy mold design; 熟悉产品开发流程、熟悉粉末冶金模具设计;
  • Proficient in using UG for drawing; 熟练使用UG 进行绘图;
  • Good English communication skills; 良好的英语沟通交流;
  • Proficient with OFFICE software. 熟悉OFFICE办公软件;
