该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: 1、 负责产品概念设计,有汽车四门锁,前后盖锁研发经验,设计计算,3D设计和2D工程图绘制。

Be responsibile for concept design, Four-door lock, front and rear cover lock R& D experience is necessary,calculation, 3D&2D math and drawing make 2、. 了解客户技术需求,进行技术可行性分析,编制报价D-BOM

Be aware of the requirement from customer ,make feasibility analysis,prepare for quotation

• 负责快速样件的检查和验证

Prototype sample build and checking, validation 4. 负责零件的材料评估和选择

Be in charge of components material evaluation and selection 5.

负责本地3D/2D设计及发布

Be responsible for local projects design release 6.

负责工程设计变更相关数据/图纸的更改,检查和发布

Be in charge of engineering change process 7. 负责产品的模具概念设计评审

Be in charge of components tooling design review 8. 负责样品测试夹具的设计评审

Be in charge of fixtures and gauges review and approval for new projects 9. 负责产品的设计评审和发布

Be in charge of design review, design release for local projects 10. 负责全球设计团队联合设计

Coordinate with global R&D team and engineering team, cooporate with global design Job Requirements: 1. 具备汽车行业塑料产品的开发经验,对注塑模具和冲压模具有一定了解

Experienced in mechanical development for automotive products, familiar with plastic injection tooling and stamping tooling structure. 2. 具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学等),良好的电学理论知识。

Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. Mechanical designing, Mechanic theory,

Mechanics of materials, etc.),good knowledge on electronic technology.

• 熟练使用CATIA或UG软件

Skilled in using CATIA or UG

• 具有良好的GD&T知识

Solid GD&T knowledge 5. 拥有机械设计团队的管理经验 Possess mechanical design team management experience 6. 有较强的计划和执行能力
