YOUR TASKS
  • Serve as ARRK's local technical representative and project manager for ADAS & autonomous driving projects in China
  • Establishment and management of local customer relations
  • Controlling and ensuring the strategic and business objectives are achieved
  • Corporate responsibility for your own business unit with responsibility for profitability
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of your team and development of your employees
  • Establishment and expansion of the existing team and active participation in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable degree
  • Sound professional experience in the automotive electronics industry (e.g. as a development / test engineer)
  • First leadership experience as a team, project or group / department manager
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured way of working, and having fun with a wide range of options
