Description

We are seeking an ADAS Tech Strategy Planning Specialist responsible for ADAS technology planning, feature roadmap development, program roll out plan, and ADAS product definition. This role will collaborate with the Global tech planning team to drive the implementation of global ADAS solutions on China-manufactured vehicle lines. To ensure global solutions meet local requirements, the specialist will communicate local regulations, customer needs, competitive benchmark and market pressures to the global team. Additionally, this position will lead the China local ADAS solutions strategy& plan, requiring deep insights into local market trends, customer needs, and competitors' movements. The specialist will define ADAS products that offer high customer value and brand differentiation, working with technical manager to study technical and implementation feasibility, thereby delivering our products to customers and potentially influencing global adoption.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility:

  • Lead analyze and interpret regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Develop the ADAS technologies strategy to align with market and technical requirements.
  • Define clear and detailed ADAS product specifications to guide development.
  • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the progression /evolution of ADAS technologies &features.
  • Lead implementation of ADAS solutions into vehicle programs, including feasibility study/effort scoping.
  • Act as the tech planning liaison for joint development projects with tech partners and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies into cohesive solutions.
  • Work closely with the Global tech planning team to facilitate the adoption of global ADAS solutions on China-manufactured vehicles.
  • Work closely with purchasing& engineering team to understand mainstream partners options & cost. 
Qualifications

Education Qualification
Master /Bachelor 

No. of Years of Experience
  • 5+ years in autonomous systems, ADAS Planning, ADAS product owner.

  • Deep ADAS/AD technical knowledge​​ (sensors, algorithms, safety)
