About The Client:

My Client a china leading daily chemical player with over 30 years history. It's now hiring a Managing Director for beauty and daily chemical sector to help explore their business.

Location:Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou

Core Responsibilities

  1. Research daily chemical & beauty industry trends, policies, and consumer demands; build an investment map, define key segments (Beauty & Personal Care
    ) and logic, and develop M&A-focused phased investment strategies.
  2. Track leading enterprises, innovative brands, and supply chain players; analyze competition and value distribution to support forward-looking investment decisions.
  3. Source high-quality projects via industry summits, associations, brokers, FA firms, and entrepreneur networks; manage full project lifecycle.
  4. Monitor project operations, strategy execution, and industry changes; identify risks and formulate response plans.
  5. Lead M&A integration of invested companies (business, team, supply chain, finance); drive synergy and provide post-investment support (strategic planning, brand upgrading) to boost competitiveness.
  6. Build team and industry influence.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above (Economics, Finance, Management, Daily Chemicals preferred); MBA/CFA/CPA holders are a plus.
  2. 8+ years of investment experience, 5+ in daily chemical & beauty industry.
  3. Prefer experience as Investment Director+ in top PE/VC, industrial funds, or leading beauty enterprises; with verifiable successful exits.
  4. Deep insight into the industry chain and trends.
