该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a Head of Logistics to manage all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's logistics.

Major Duties

  • Strategically plan and manage shipping& transportation.
  • Monitor the performance of all logistics activities to meet business requirement.
  • Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external vendors (freight forwarder / warehouses / customs broker / tracking company / overseas agent / airline) so the organization has a reliable vendor of goods and services that meet its standards of quantity, timeliness and cost.
  • Supports, advises and directs business to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives.
  • Execute staffing, employee development/evaluation, coaching and other people management responsibilities, providing appropriate direction and environment needed for success and teamwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager. Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Able to build strong relationships with the counterpart team and communicate effectively with internal and external parties;
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Process improvement and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
