Actively develop customer resources, convert potential customers into actual customers, and maintain a good relationship with customers. 掌握公司产品的详细信息,为客户做详尽的产品介绍与答疑,以专业的讲解获得客户的信赖; Master the detailed information of the company's products, make detailed product introduction and Q & A for customers, and gain the trust of customers with professional explanation .

经营现有客户关系,并挖掘潜在市场; Manage existing customer relationships and tap potential markets. 代表公司洽谈商务合同; Negotiate business contracts on behalf of the company. 负责客户验厂的相关组织、协调性工作; Be responsible for the organization and coordination of customer factory inspection. 在合同履行过程中跟进客户订单,解决客户遇到的问题,维持好客户关系;

Follow up customer orders during contract performance, solve customer problems and maintain good customer relationship. 建立销售台账,及时与客户对账、完成账款回收; Establish sales account, timely reconcile with customers and complete account recovery. 根据客户动态及时有效的传递相关信息,为市场决策提供依据和建议; Timely and effectively transmit relevant information according to customer dynamics to provide basis and suggestions for market decision-making. 参加公司的各种培训及会议,不断提升自身的销售技巧,以达到提高业绩的目标; Participate in various trainings and meetings of the company and continuously improve their sales skills to achieve the goal of improving performance.

配合公司的其他部门共同完成销售相关的工作。 Cooperate with other departments of the company to complete sales related work. 完成其它临时工作任务。 任职要求: 任职资格 Position Qualification: 教育背景 Education Background: 本科以上学历,市场营销、机械、焊接或国际贸易相关专业背景。 Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, machinery, welding or international trade. 培训经历 Training Record: 市场营销、销售管理、国际贸易相关培训经历。 Training experience in marketing, sales management and international trade. 工作经验 Experience: 5年以上工作经验,3年以上市场销售工作经验。 More than 3years working experience, more than 2 years marketing experience. 技能技巧 Management Skill: 熟悉市场营销、国际贸易以及销售; Familiar with marketing, international trade and sales; 熟练使用办公软件和SAP软件; Fluently use of Microsoft office, CAD, Solid works or other design software. 熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。 Fluently English speaking, reading, listening and writing. 态 度 Attitude: 具有市场战略、策略化思维,有能力开拓新的客户; Have market strategy and strategic thinking, and have the ability to develop new customers. 具有解决复杂问题的能力; Be capable to solve complicated issues. 很强的计划性和实施执行的能力; Be methodic and organized 诚信、客观、严谨、负责、敬业; Be trust-worthy, practical, precise, responsible and hardworking. 具有很强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神。 Be perfect team worker and good at communicating, coordinating.
