Advanced Controlling Specialist

Location Xiamen, China

YOUR TASKS
1. Planning,
designing, and implementing projects of an intermediate to high complexity with
intermediate to high project costs, under the occasional guidance of superiors
and in collaboration with the responsible internal organizational units.
2. Analyzing the
data quality of existing reports and making sure that they make good economic
sense, as well as developing sustainable solutions for eliminating errors.
3. Developing
existing reports and contributing to identifying/implementing new reports/tools
for supporting management.
4. Assessing
demand and cancelling reports that are no longer needed.
5. Contributing
to the ongoing analysis and assessment of existing internal operational
processes and continual improvement of the existing CMS specifications.
6. Contributing
to scheduling the budgeting process for the business division's sales planning.
7. Monitoring
the defined processes and standards during sales planning and ensuring high
data quality in the tools used (both master data quality and that the planning makes
good economic sense).
8. Supporting
the companies during sales planning and proactively identifying and remedying
weaknesses and faults in the tools used.
9. Creating the
required reporting documents for the Executive Board by the specified date.
10. Initiating
an annual CIP process for the tool used and implementing the defined measures
together with the responsible internal organizational units14 Analyzing and
evaluating competitive products from external companies and carrying out
actual/reference calculations from a calculation point of view.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor
degree, 3 years and above working experience in financial or cost management.
2. working in
manufacture company, foreign company is preferred.
3. Fluent
English, both speaking and writing.
