About The Job

  • Leads Dongguan Laboratory and enable world-class execution and impeccable customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Aligns the local laboratory needs of the organization and the resources available within Dongguan Laboratory, as well as the global network of laboratories within Littelfuse.
  • Fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange between the different teams, both local and global.
  • Recruits, develops and enables superior Engineers. Builds employee skill sets for a high-performance laboratory team
  • Be capable of machine operation and test circuit setup to support NPD and Sales in terms of Applications and customer-driven tests that leads to design wins and increased revenue
  • Supports Operations and Quality through timely and well-executed Failure Analysis to ensure Customer Satisfaction

About You

  • MS or BS degree in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years of experience in working and runnning a laboratory for product validation, product certification, evaluation testing and failure analysis.
  • Ideally experienced in a wide variety of devices such as MOV, SPD, GDT and others.
  • Familiar with related manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • Drives for on time execution, builds effective teams and fosters global collaboration. Willing to work on the front line with technicians and not be afraid of "making hands dirty".
  • Able to handle complex problems efficiently.
