We're Hiring: Director of AI Business Strategy & Partnerships

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor global AI industry trends and provide actionable insights to support the company's technology and business strategy.
  • Analyze the global data market to design scalable and sustainable procurement and partnership frameworks.
  • Business Development & Vendor Strategy:
  • Partner with algorithm and research teams to understand technical data requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and long-term collaborations with domestic and international data vendors, managing contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Ecosystem & Partnership Management:
  • Identify, establish, and expand strategic partnerships across the AI data ecosystem.
  • Build long-term collaboration mechanisms that foster innovation and shared value.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to align data procurement and partnership strategies with broader company objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with
    5+ years of relevant experience
    in AI, data strategy, partnerships, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of the
    AI industry and global data ecosystem
    ; prior international collaboration experience preferred.
  • Excellent
    negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills—able to
    drive cross-functional initiatives independently
    while aligning diverse stakeholders.
