包装工程师的主要职责是从客户需求与企业标准出发,评估包装需求的合理性,从包装材料的选取到包装结构的设计,功能及品质的合理性验证评估,包装物出样确认,包装BOM编制,与生产物流部门共同制定包装工艺,持续改进包装的成本及品质等一系列与产品包装相关的工作。(包含产品标签工作流)
The main responsibility of Packaging Engineer is to evaluate the reasonability of packaging needs from customers vs. brand standard requirement, take the full ownership in all packaging related work.
Including but not limited to selection of packaging materials to design packaging structure, validation of its function and quality, sampling, preparation of packaging BOM, participation into packaging process set-up with production and logistics team. Continuous improvement from cost and quality of packaging and all packaging related internal workflow including Product label workflow.
Qualifications- Evaluate the rationality of new/changed packaging requirements by referring to the internal process of packaging standardization of the company. Lead PMP projects in SIP as packaging project Leader.

- Plan and implement packaging projects together with purchasing, R&D, production, quality and other departments, obtain business support from each department to complete packaging design, internal testing and validation of packaging solution.
与采购、研发、生产、品质等各部门共同推进包装项目,得到各部门的业务支持,完成包装方案的设计,测试与验证。
- Confirm Packaging BOM for new/changed products, maintain Packaging BOM regularly for the necessary changes.
确定新产品包装BOM, 维护老产品包装BOM变更。
- Confirm Packaging process, standardization, automatization, and continuous improvement.
包装工艺确定,变更;标准化,自动化,并持续改善。
- Draft, confirm product label content and layout, ensure that it complies with company brand rule and label guidance. Closely work with PS team, plant planning team to finish new product label workflow before production.
起草和确认产品标签内容与布局,确保其符合公司品牌规则和标签制作指南。与PS团队,工厂计划团队紧密合作,在开始生产前完成新产品标签制作工作流。
- Make sure all Packaging and Label changes are managed under Sika brand management rules.
确保一切与产品包装,标签相关的变更符合公司品牌管理规定执行。
- Other internal workflow regarding packaging and label changes.
