Accountant Administrator Jr for our office in Shanghai, China.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, handling correspondence (incl announcement of holidays), managing schedules, organizing meetings and company events.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the office, including managing office and pantry supplies, equipments.
  • Management of service contracts for the office for cleaning, lease, utilities, internet, telephone, fire etc.
  • Responsible for Statistics reports filing
  • Act as liaison person for SAFE, AMR, Huangpu District and all related authorities
  • Courier and postage management through SF, DHL etc.
  • Ordering of uniforms, clothes and Jackets
  • Responsible for office asset register (Fixed and consumables)
  • Assist in onboarding of new team members in coordination with department managers
  • Insurance Management (Contact person for Group policies and responsible for all local mandatory insurances)

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

  • Basic accounting knowledge to handle accounting tasks assigned including daily upload of MT940, screening of expense reimbursements & payment claims.
  • Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant experience in office administration or management, typically ranging from 2-5 years.
  • Should be able to communicate in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
