  • Participate in advanced technology project , transfer, and ramp activities to meet yield, drive and prioritize integrated experiments to troubleshoot and optimize process flows.
  • Own particular sections of process flow, and responsible for its optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement goals.
  • Maintain and drive process qualification matrix and deliverable.
  • Working with Process Engineering to improve process stability and capability as well as reduce defects. Qualifications:
  • Possess a MS/PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent majors.
  • Strong understanding of structural and process integration.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present technical material effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
