1、负责冷菜间的日常运营管理,确保冷菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求 2、制定冷菜菜单,研发新菜品,定期更新菜品以满足客户需求 3、监督冷菜制作流程,控制食材成本,合理规划原材料采购与库存管理 4、培训并指导冷菜厨师团队,提升团队专业技能与工作效率 5、检查冷菜间设备运行状况,确保设备正常使用并维护良好 6、严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度,确保冷菜间符合相关法规及酒店标准

1、具备冷菜制作相关经验,熟悉各类冷菜加工工艺及摆盘技巧 2、了解食品安全法规及卫生标准,持有健康证等相关资质 3、具备一定的团队管理能力,能够有效协调冷菜间工作安排 4、责任心强,注重细节,能够承受高强度工作压力 5、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整菜品结构 6、良好的沟通能力,能与其他部门高效协作
