职位描述:
1. 支持人力资源数字化流程变革的自动化工具开发,Powerbi 报告开发等;
2. 支持工厂日常人力资源工作,如入职、数据分析、档案整理、大型活动等;
3. 支持总务相关的系统数据维护;
4. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
技能和经验要求:
1. 本科或研究生在读,人力资源相关专业优先,可以实习半年;
2. 熟练使用Excel(如VLOOKUP、数据透视表等),会Power Bi, Power APP优先;
3. 逻辑清晰,具备基础数据分析能力;
4. 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力;
良好的英语听说读写能力。
