角色与职责

  • 取得学位的工程师。已安装机群的所有现场寿命延长、维修和检查相关的服务活动,以及监督新设备和现有设备的建造和调试,都能在客户现场实施。包括现场加工、NDT、叶片配列、绕组、临界焊接、发电机诊断。能够做出工程决策。
  • 扩展自己的技术学科知识,从而能够执行政策/策略。可能包括具有专业技术知识领域的支持角色;持续发展更高水平的知识和技能。
  • 理解关键业务驱动力的基础知识;用这种理解来完成自己的工作。了解自己团队的工作如何与其他团队融合并为该领域做出贡献。
