【岗位职责】 工作职责: 1. 渠道代销关系管理:渠道分级、投入产出管理、渠道准入、产品上线等; 2. 渠道日常沟通维护:协议签署、尾佣管理、尽调支持等; 3. 代销渠道规范化管理流程迭代及落地; 4. 市场体系合规及综合支持; 5. 协助运维公司营销相关系统,分析用户使用数据,赋能前台。 【任职要求】 1. 硕士及以上学历,金融、经济等相关专业的优先考虑,接受大四保研,特别优秀的可放宽至本科; 2. 细心靠谱,有责任心,有主动学习意识,考虑从事基金行业中后台岗位的优先; 3. 实习时间要求:三个月及以上,每周至少四天,尽快到岗优先。

职位薪资:

100-120/天
