实习要求:

  • 到岗时间: 每周5天全职到岗
  • 实习周期: 至少6个月(长期实习者优先)

职位概述:我们寻找一位不甘于平庸、对电商营销充满好奇心的未来之星。作为团队的核心支持成员,你将全方位深度参与舒适达在各电商平台(如天猫、京东、抖音等)的营销活动,从站外广告投放、直播电商到数据复盘,零距离接触行业顶尖的营销玩法,为你的职业履历打下最坚实、最前沿的基础。

主要职责与学习机会:

1. 广告投放与营销协同战场:

  • 协助管理站外引流(CID/OCPM)合作,了解效果广告如何驱动电商增长。
  • 主导站内外媒体及IP合作授权流程,掌握亿级预算项目的合规与风控关键。
  • 支持品牌IP社交媒体阵地运营,学习如何与消费者建立情感连接。
  • 跟踪、收集各平台营销节奏,参与EMKT审核,培养全域营销视野。

2. 直播电商与前沿阵地支持:

  • 深入直播一线,支持品牌自播间运营,亲身体验直播电商的完整流程与实战技巧。
  • 负责直播资质准备与话术库维护,理解平台规则与消费者沟通之道。
  • 管理营销活动样品,锻炼高效的跨部门沟通与项目协调能力。
  • 数据驱动决策的支持核心:
  • 负责核心电商平台数据的账实核对,培养严谨的数据处理与逻辑分析能力。
  • 系统性收集媒体投放数据,为团队的月度复盘与策略优化提供关键支持。

  • 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。具备基础数据分析能力者优先。
